The Brief
Feeney Interiors wanted to expand, from being a small local business, and gain access to a larger potential customer base that might be available to them. As a craftsman who focuses on delivering functional yet beautiful and bespoke interiors, the website needed to reflect this too. The client provided us with their logo to start the creative process. Showcasing the work was going to be a key element of this design.
The Process
Feeney Interiors sent their logo, and links to their suppliers’ websites. Taking these together, formed the basis of the design, informing the style, colour, font and other decisions. We chose a colour palette that would speak to potential customers with a message of high-end, bespoke craftsmanship.
The next step was designing the homepage. The homepage is always the one that will get the most visits on a service website like this. It is broken into sections; an introduction to the company, followed by 2 further sections, one on kitchens, one on furniture. The homepage features all the best images from around the site, and links to the next level of content; the individual services that the business offers.
Then we needed to build the service pages. To begin with we designed a page for kitchens and a page for furniture. The kitchen section of the website is then broken down further, into styles, traditional kitchens for example. We utilised the marketing material of their suppliers. One of these suppliers has hundreds of high quality images of kitchens in different styles, perfect for Feeney customers to browse through. Each image has a different reference code, so users can note these for their project. There are also pages for additional features like kitchen handles, appliances and countertops, those extras that are important for the customer.
One of the most important pages for a business is the contact page. Just because it’s functional, doesn’t mean that it can’t be attractive to look at. It has all the required contact information, a Google map of the Feeney Interiors showroom, social media icons, one to visit the Feeney Facebook and Instagram profiles, and a share with a friend option.

Image Gallery
An image gallery can be a valuable addition to a website, helping to improve its visual appeal, user experience, and SEO, while showcasing products or services and telling a brand's story. We use Crocoblock JetEngine to build custom galleries for our clients, styled specifically for each brand and programmed for even a WordPress novice to manage and update.
Contact Page
An easy to use contact page, with the option to share the client’s website with friends or family, as these home decisions are often shared with someone else.
